After watching The Dark Knight I have become a great fan of joker. That was the best super villain i have seen in the movie verse of batman and the Nolan movies are the most fun of them all.After watching them i decided to check out any thing else joker related i can get my hands on in relation to TDK, and i stumbled upon two comics; Arkham Asylum & The Joker.

So ever since L Change the World came out I'vebeen waiting to watch it,but I simnply couldn't find a download for it. Then last night I found a torrent for the raw movie dvd quality(4.12 GB) which I am downoading at the moment. I will take me at least a week to complete the torrent unless by some miracle I manae to do it sooner.Unfortunately my hard drive is close to being full and I dont have a dvd writer and that is where you helpful people on LJ comein. So for anyone out there reading this how can I turn the damn thing(after downloading it ofcourse) into .ogm .mkv or .avi or any other manageable (good quality with a small filesize)format.I plan to upload it for the communities & forums I am a member of and there is no way I could or would upload 4.12 GB.So please help me:)

Some times I just want to go reread something I've enjoyed previously, today it was the Possessed Car 'Verse by zannes. Its one of the funniest series I've read in the spn fandom. If you haven't read it before you should. It has Kentucky Fried Voudan Chicken and the description of the various exorcisms Sam performed on the Impala and Dean remembering his favorite one..its perfect.Sam going to therapy because Dean is a god on four wheels lol. I am gonna go read it again , for those interested here is where you can find it.

I have anew obsession - collecting e books. I am a really poor student with no income and an addiction for reading, So what am I to do..Why get them for free online .Now i know that i should support my favorite authors by buying them but most of the titles aren't
available in book stores 'cause sadly there is a huge lack of booklovers.If I order them online - one, don't have a credit card and two, when you include shipment costs well they tend to exceed the cost of the books themselves.
I love Anne Rice's VC and Anita Blake vampire hunter and many others but I had to get the e books for VC-2,4 and Pandora and lets not even mention the various other novels by her.I have yet to see a single vampire hunter novel by Hamilton on bookshelves,I bought Shibumi by Trevanian second hand
but the Sanction novels I have yet to find in print.So what's a girl to do, well I get them online and then when ever i find a copy i could afford i buy them.
Can you believe that the Bourne novels are out of stock and you can't even find them secondhand . My cousin got to read them in his school library, me , I am still waiting. I am still looking for the last 2 of the Nicholas Linnear novels.You can't get the Silmilarion or the Dresden Files here.
The other thing is that while ebooks are well and good,holding a book in your hand is much more enjoyable.Sitting at my computer for hours on end puts a crick in my back .Getting a printout takes a lot of time since i tend to read fast(i finished the whole LotR trilogy in 42 hours including the six hr nap in between).
Now I am working on saving enough money to get either the sony reader or the irex Iliad.I like the iliad better but its too expensive,sony has a smaller screen and less on greyscale. But I'll
buy whichever i can get first.

So I finally got my hard drive back with all the data and my computer running(btw thanks olympia_m for your generous offer to replace your fics) and decided to check out the dark angel commm .On my friends page I got a request for Ames/Alec slash with link to an example . For the sake of curiosity I decided to try it since if someone is looking for something similar than it had to be good in the first place. I read the whole thing in one sitting , its one of the most believeable and least squicky mpreg ever. And I know since i really don't like mpreg but Chimera makes it work, hell I didn't even like White since he didn't even existed as a character for me in the show(i'm on the fifth ep season 2) and by the end of the fic he seemed sexy! I mean WTH? . But this was by far one of the most IC or at least plausible DarkAngel slash I've read especially since ASH verse and Roonblah has soured me on the Alec/Logan and I've yet to find an Alec/Biggs :sigh:..So any DA fan out there feelin' adventurous (afterall it is White/Alec) give it a try its the best :thumbsup:
ETA:Also try Alive by ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) runedgirl.Also Alec/White and complete opposite of Chimera being so dark and angsty its just yummy.

I just saw the 7th episode. Totally gets the roses reference now.Damn u hisoka !why did u have to beat muraki in poker,i wanted to see what will happen next.
Muraki is dead??? Noooooo
Now im downloading the next episode(faster IDM,faster IDM).
